The hotel of choice in Carnforth. Property is clean and homey. Compact and fashionable rooms, spotless bathroom. Sea view, pleasant and exceptional staff. Marvellous and fab location, 10 minutes' walk to St John's Church. And close enough to the banks, the restaurant in the evening and the sea.

enjoyed this pet-friendly hotel: outstanding food and fairly friendly and excellent staff. the room was beautifully designed, had an excellent stay for our last night in the uk. the location was beautiful and good, short walk to the shore & other walks and sea and country and lake district with windermere, in a beautiful area. again, we could reach st john's church within easy walking distance of the venue.
The staff was relaxed.

A cute family-run hotel with a clean and charming interior. The room was spacious with a sea view, and the restaurant served excellent meals, particularly the well-kept ales. Breakfast was made to order, but the absence of a continental option was a drawback. A lovely atmosphere was upgraded with friendly staff who catered to our needs with ease.

would definitely return here
Our family room with sea view was spacious and immaculate. It had a tv, coffee maker, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. The bathroom had a shower and was stocked with shampoo and conditioner. The breakfast was delicious, with locally sourced ingredients, we started our days right. Dog-friendly policies, as our pet felt very welcome.

Fine coastal views, charming garden space, dog-friendly vibe
Parking situation could use improvement!!! Indoor temperatures often chilly, requiring jackets indoors. Some rooms need better maintenance and cleanliness attention!!! Noise from the lively pub atmosphere might disrupt your stay!!!

I stayed in the Family Room with Sea View, and it was fantastic. The room was spacious and had a great view of the bay. The shower was excellent, way better than other places I've been to. The bed was super comfy, and there were plenty of amenities to make tea and such. Really cozy and well-equipped.

Perfect Base for Exploring the Coastal Area
I stayed for two nights in a Standard Double Room while exploring the beautiful local area. The room wasnice and neat, with great thoughtful touches such as bottled water and ample tea and coffee supplies. I really enjoyed the delicious homemade food served, especially the local pies which were fantastic. It's a lovely pub atmosphere. One area for improvement could be the limited breakfast options available.
